** If you previously attended another SDBOR school (SDSU, DSU, NSU, USD, SDSM&T), you do not need to upload that transcript. All college transcripts must be submitted before an admissions decision can be made.

Upload Your Immunization Records
BHSU, per South Dakota Codified Law, requires immunization documentation - only for MMR (Mumps, Measles, Rubella) - with proof of two doses of the MMR vaccine, presence of an immune antibody titer, or medical or religious exemption form. For exemption form, contact BHSU Admissions at 605-642-6343.
